1. Security - You - can shop at www.mijbookstore.com online with confidence. We have partnered with www.Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

·         Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

2. Indemnification - Care has been taken to provide accurate information on our item listings, however, MIJ Bookstore assumes no responsibility for errors in price, description or pictures and reserves the right to update, change or modify products, product prices, descriptions and any other information at any time. Please read the product information for specific information on any item and should you still have further questions, please email admin@mijbookstore.com prior to placing your order.

3. Payments - We accept Debit/Credit cards (MC, VISA, Discover) and PayPal payments. Additionally, we accept Mail-In checks and money orders; however, these are not preferred due to the additional delay they incur in the processing of your order. Orders paid through check or money order will be shipped only after the check has cleared.

4. Shipments - At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. When you receive your shipment, please inspect the box for damages before accepting it. Should there be any visible signs of damage, refuse the order and have it sent back to sender. Should you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from MIJ Bookstore, you may return the product(s) within 15 days of delivery. After receiving the item(s), we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a full refund, within 30 days, excluding shipping and handling. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

5. Free Shipping - Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping as a Customer Incentive on specific products. The Free Shipping Offer is only available to US customers at this time. Canadian customers will be charged shipping. For Canadian customers, we reserve the right to ask for shipping cost even after checkout and payment settlement. This may happen for example, if the checkout process fails to add shipping charge at checkout time.

6. Merchandize Out-of-Stock - In case all items you ordered are out of stock, you will be given a choice of refund or waiting for the items to arrive. Should the estimated arrival time be more than 15 days, you will be automatically issued a refund. If only a part of your order is out of stock, the partial order will be fulfilled immediately and you will be issued refund for the out of stock items. Such refunds will be made in the manner of the original payment.

7. Returns - If you receive unwanted item(s), you may return the item(s) unopened for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be issued by MIJ Bookstore prior to returning the product(s). Please email admin@mijbookstore.com for a RMA number for damaged or incorrect product(s). Refund will be made in the manner of the original payment. Where refund is warranted, MIJ Bookstore will issue the refund only after receipt of your package.

If original payment method was check, a refund check will be issued only when the check has cleared and will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to the billing address listed in your original order. If you would prefer store credit, please email admin@mijbookstore.com with the RMA number and your preference.

8. Privacy - We do not voluntarily share any information you provide with any third party.
